  • Suite 250 is a Large Formal Banquet Room with Capacity for 100 – 300 Guests and Includes a Large Dance Floor, Stage, Prep Kitchen, and a Dressing Room
  • Suite 220 is a Small Meeting Room with Capacity for 80 or less Guests
  • We provide packages with full linens covering tables and chairs or without linens.
  • Waiters and attendants are not provided. Decorative supplies and serving utensils are not provided, please remember to bring your own serving trays, chaffing dishes, scissors, tape, paper or any other items you need for your event.
  • To make a reservation at least a 20% or $200 (whichever is greater) is required.
  • The initial payment is a down payment towards the total and is not a Security Deposit and is not refunded for any reason.
  • No refunds for cancellations.
  • There will be a 15% Rescheduling Fee to Reschedule an event to another date, if available.
  • Event will not be allowed to take place until all payments have been received and cleared.
  • Only cash or credit cards final payments accepted on date of event.
  • Final payments paid by check must be received at least 2 weeks prior to Event.
  • $25 charge for any returned checks.
  • Reservations only held and prices set when deposits are received and agreement is signed.
  • Agreement is only valid when an agreement is signed by the manager at the offices of JC Event Hall.
  • Prices provided on this website are only a guidline and are subject to change without notice.
  • A signed contract is necessary to lock in prices, discounts or specials, and dates.
