Rates are based on the Day of the Week and Seating Capacity.  We will be happy to provide a quote based on your expected number of guests.  Saturdays are the most popular days of the week, if you are looking to book an event on a Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday we can provide discounted rates.

  • Standard Rental includes
  • One time set up before your rental begins, changes after the initial set up will incur extra charges
  • Round banquet tables with cushion backed chairs,
  • Tables for food, cake, DJ, gifts, desserts, etc. (please specify number and location)
  • White or black tablecloths and chair covers (all tables covered) & satin table overlays and satin chair sashes (from 50 colors)
  • Audio & Projector system (no DJ Services)
  • Cleaning included after you remove your decorations, food, personal belongings, and take your trash out to our dumpsters
  • Walk through of entire facility with explanation on how to use everything at start of rental
  • Restroom toilet paper, hand paper towels and trash bags are refilled before rental
  • Security guard for events that take place into the nighttime
  • Keyless access is available if you need to leave and return after your rental starts
  • Changing room, prep kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, men’s and ladies’ restrooms, dance floor, small stage, and DJ lights.


  • Not Included
  • Facility rental only, services or changes (including extra seating) not provided during event
  • Food or Beverages not included
  • Decorations, centerpieces, chafing dishes, serving utensils, silverware, plates, glassware, or napkins are not included
  • Waiters or attendants are not provided (available for added fee)


  • Events Rental Times
  • Access as early at 9 AM same day as event (Must be Scheduled in Advance)
  • Events can start after 5PM Weekdays, any time after 9AM Saturday & Sunday
  • Events rentals ends no later than 2AM for any event on any day
  • Access is not provided the day before event for decorating or dropping off supplies


  • Allowed
  • Outside food and decorations allowed – must all be removed at end of rental


  • Prohibited
  • No smoking, No fighting, No weapons, No illegal drugs, No illegal activities, No destruction of property
  • No Alcohol sales allowed. Alcohol for private use requires a signed waiver for liability
  • No candles on tables (fake battery-operated candles are allowed)
  • No glitter or confetti decorations
  • No real rose petals, flowers, or other plants spread on the floors
  • No propane/natural gas cooking appliances inside facility
  • No glue or tape on walls or floors
  • No fireworks or pyrotechnics anywhere in or near the property
  • No throwing food or objects


  • Reservations
  • 20% of total down payment to make reservation, with a signed rental agreement
  • Full Remaining Balance due before rental starts
  • Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card accepted. Checks only accepted up to 2 weeks before event
  • Payments can be made online, please ask for a payment link
  • Refunds for cancellations are provided with 30 days’ notice before event, less than 30 days’ notice of cancellation any balance paid will be left as a credit to apply to any event for up to one year from original event date

  • JC Event Hall is not responsible for any action of the licensee (customer), their providers, employees, relatives or their guests whether deliberate or indeliberate and the customer agrees to bear any and all responsibility and liability arising from their use of the facility
