We are a facilities only event hall, providing tables, seating, table cloths, seat covers, basic decorations, restrooms, and sound system.  We will be happy to provide suggestions for catering, decorations, wedding planning, photography, and other Wedding Day services.

Planning for a wedding can be a very overwhelming task and we recommend you work with a qualified wedding planner to help you plan your perfect event.  We do not provide wedding planning services as we only provide the facilty, so we hope the following checklist will help make everything go a little smoother.

6 – 12 Months Before Wedding Day

Decide on a date.
Determine a budget.
Compose a guest list.
Set time and choose location of Ceremony, Rehearsal & Reception.
Choose Professional Photographer / Videographer.
Shop for wedding gown.
Research Florists, Music/Entertainment options, and Caterers.
Register with gift registry.
Select brides maids.
Shop for dresses for bridesmaids.

Pick a honeymoon destination: (renew passports & imunizations.)
5 Months
Finalize guest lists.
Order invitations & announcements.
Order personal stationery & thank you notes.
Plan reception.
Choose florist.
Shop Men’s attire.
Make honeymoon reservations.
Choose caterer.
Confirm delivery of bridal gown.
Make appointment for bridal portrait.
Order wedding cake.
Arrange transportation for the bridal party to & from ceremony/reception.
Go over details of reception with caterer / location manager.
If you are renting any equipment, place reservations.
2 Months

Inform clergy/pastor of all the details of your ceremony.
Keep a record of gifts received to send thank you letters.
Finalize guest list.
Plan rehearsal dinner.
Select attendants’ gifts, grooms gift.
Check all services.
Final gown fitting.
Bridal portrait setting.

1 Month

Choose wedding bands and other jewelry.
Mail invitations.
Make room reservations for out of town guests.
Check wedding party apparel.
Confirm music and entertainment arrangements & check selections.
Make reservations for wedding day pre-event luncheon.
Discuss rehearsal dinner with hosts.
Attend wedding showers.
Marriage license. Check your county for requirements

2 Weeks
Schedule hair appointment for day of wedding and discuss your wedding day hair style and makeup.
Final check on bridal party clothing.
Notify newspapers.
Arrange for name & address change.
Check with caterer / location for confirmation or last minute changes.
1 Week

Remind rehearsal dinner guests of time / location.
Start honeymoon packing/shopping.

Wrap groom’s & attendants’ gifts.
Check wedding announcements, ready to mail day after wedding.
Schedule rehearsal for 1 – 2 days prior to wedding.
Remind wedding party of exact time & place.
Go over final details of ceremony & reception with all parties involved.
Assign small jobs to family/friends, have them confirm all tasks and services are on schedule.  
1 Day
Have manicure & pedicure done.
Attend wedding rehearsal & dinner.
Give ushers guest list.
Wedding Day
Eat early as there will be no time later.
Confirm decorators, caterers, music/entertainment, photographer/videographer are set up. 
Hair & make-up. 
Wedding dress.
Have family member check ceremony/reception for left behind items.
Change of clothes

Make-up, extra panty hose, bobby pins, safety pins, clear nail polish, comb, hair spray, hanky or tissues, q-tips, cotton balls/pads, needle & thread (white), white chalk, aspirins, saltine crackers, band aid, toothpaste & brush, dental floss, breath mints.
